How do I set up a return?

  1. First, double check our return policyπŸ”— to make sure your order is eligible for return.
  2. Then, start the return process hereπŸ”— through our self-service platform, powered by Loop. You'll need to provide your six-digit Order ID and either account email address or shipping zip code to proceed. Leave us some feedback on why you're returning your order, and we'll provide a return label for your use.
  3. Lastly, prep your shipment for return. In order to receive a refund, the order must be unused and the package preferably unopened, with our provided return label adhered to the package, clearly visible and covering any trace of the original shipping label. Send the order back our way, and we'll take care of the rest.
