I'm having trouble logging into my account. What should I do?

First, make sure your account with us has been registered here. When you place an order with us you don't also create an account -- that needs to be activated separately for security purposes. 

If you've already activated your account with us and are still having issues logging in, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team at help@geologie.com for assistance. We can take a look on our side to verify the email address tied to your account and send a password reset email your way if need be.
