How do I log into my account?

Logging into your account with us is now easier than ever before, with no clunky passwords to remember or special character quotas to meet. Accounts for all new members are created automatically upon purchase. All you'll need to do is follow the steps below to get logged in.

  1. Click the My Account option from our burger menu to get redirected to the account login page.
  2. Then, you'll input your account email address (the address you provided during our diagnostic and/or checkout) and click the black "Get login code" button directly beneath it.

  1. You'll be sent an email (and SMS message if you opted in to those communications) with a four-digit access code that you'll need to input on that same webpage. Be sure to double check your spam folder if you don't receive this email within a few seconds.

  1. Once logged in, click Manage your membership to access your subscriptions and other relevant account information.
