U.S.-based Customers

Trial Orders

If you're not happy with your 30-day subscription trial set within 14 days of receiving it, just send an email to or chat with us using the yellow icon at the bottom right of your screen, and we'll get you taken care of. We may require that your remaining product be returned to us in order for a refund to be processed. Free trials where only the cost of shipping is paid are non-refundable.

Please keep in mind that there are a number of reasons why we offer 30-day trials. The main reason is that three to four weeks is generally the minimum amount of time needed to adjust to a new skincare routine. Subscription Orders & One-Time Purchases

On 90-day subscription and one-time purchase orders, we offer returns for a refund within the first 14 days of package delivery, minus original and return shipping costs. The products must be unused, the package preferably unopened and returned using a return label generated through our self-service returns platform🔗, powered by Loop. Please be sure to also include the provided return packing slip for our returns processing team to better identify your order once it arrives at our fulfillment warehouse. 

Our no-hassle returns are intended to make the process as smooth as possible for you, so keep in mind that refusing a package or marking it Return to Sender will only delay your refund. If you do return an order outside of our policy guidelines, our team will need to first confirm receipt through either the original tracking information or return tracking you provide. If we are unable to confirm receipt of a return made outside our no-hassle returns portal, customers will only be eligible for a 50% refund on a case-by-case basis.

International Customers

We do accept international returns for refund on 90-day subscription and one-time purchase orders within the first 14 days of package delivery. The products must be unused, the package preferably unopened and a record of the return must be logged in Loop, our no-hassle self service returns platform🔗. While we aren’t able to generate international return labels at this time, you will be provided with our return shipping address upon completion of the return process to handle your own shipping. Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs, and we ask that return tracking information also be provided so that we can fully confirm a return’s receipt before a refund is issued. Our returns processing team will then handle refund processing once a return is received in good condition. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

General Policy

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Products Received

If for any reason you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products in your order with us, give us a shout at so we can get you taken care of. We ask that you please provide a photo of the products that you received for confirmation.

If your order encountered any issues with shipping or delivery, including damage in transit, we include Route Package Protection on all orders as of March 18, so you are instantly eligible to file a claim for replacement or reimbursement. *Please reach out to us for assistance on any of the above issues within 60 days of placing an order with us. After 60 days we cannot guarantee that a refund or replacement can be provided.

Geologie Apparel

All apparel offered by Geologie is fully customized print. For that reason, we only offer a return/refund for items flawed materially. If your order is defective, all you need to do is provide us with clear photos showing the product defect with your order number. Please send the required documents above via email to

Refund Timeline

Once issued, refunds typically take up to 5-10 business days to process back to your original payment method. If a refund has been confirmed by our support team and you do not see the funds returned within that time period, we advise reaching out to your bank or card issuer for further assistance.

Subscription Cancellation

If you are enrolled in an active subscription and do not want to be charged for your next subscription order, you must cancel your subscription before its scheduled renewal date. Canceling your subscription🔗 after a renewal order has begun processing does not automatically cancel the shipment of the renewal order. 

Order Shipment Cancellation

To keep our commitment to fast & reliable shipping, our fulfillment team is staffed to ship all orders on the same day. Given this commitment and the volume of orders processed daily, we are not able to guarantee the processing of shipment cancellations. Please follow our return policy to receive a refund for your order.
