For sanitary reasons and our commitment to quality, we do not accept returns. If you feel like we haven't been upfront and fair, let us know at help@geologie.com.

General Policy

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Products Received

If for any reason you receive defective, damaged, or incorrect products in your order with us, give us a shout at help@geologie.com so we can get you taken care of. We ask that you please provide a photo of the products you received for confirmation.

Geologie Apparel

All apparel offered by Geologie is fully customized print. For that reason, we only offer a return/refund for items flawed materially. If your order is defective, all you need to do is provide us with clear photos showing the product defect with your order number. Please send the required documents above via email to help@geologie.com.

Subscription Cancellation

If you are enrolled in an active subscription and do not want to be charged for your next subscription order, you must cancel your subscription before its scheduled renewal date. Canceling your subscription after a renewal order has begun processing does not automatically cancel the shipment of the renewal order.

Order Shipment Cancellation

To keep our commitment to fast & reliable shipping, our fulfillment team is staffed to ship all orders on the same day. Given this commitment and the volume of orders processed daily, we cannot process shipment cancellations once an order has started the fulfillment process.
