Return & Refund Policy

We uphold the highest quality and safety requirements for all of our products and customers and therefore cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any products after they have left our warehouse. If you're having any issue with any product, let us know at help@geologie.com.

General Policy

Damages, Defects, Incorrect Products or Order Not Received

If for any reason you receive defective, damaged or incorrect products in your order with us, or your order is not received despite delivery confirmation, give us a shout at help@geologie.com so we can get you taken care of. We ask that you please provide a photo of the products you received for confirmation and reach out to us as soon as possible so our team can ensure the issue is resolved. We cannot guarantee remediation if an issue isn't brought to our attention within 7 to 10 days of posted order delivery.

Geologie Apparel

All apparel offered by Geologie is fully customized print. For that reason, we only offer a return/refund for items flawed materially. If your order is defective, all you need to do is provide us with clear photos showing the product defect with your order number. Please send the required documents above via email to help@geologie.com.

Subscription Cancellation

If you are enrolled in an active subscription and do not want to be charged for your next regularly scheduled order, you must cancel your subscription before its scheduled renewal date. Canceling your subscription after a renewal order has begun processing does not automatically cancel the shipment of the renewal order.

Order Shipment Cancellation

To keep our commitment to fast & reliable shipping, our fulfillment team is staffed to ship all orders on the same day. Given this commitment and the volume of orders processed daily, we cannot process shipment cancellations once an order has started the fulfillment process. If you want to make a change to your personalized regimen, please do so from your account page at least 2 days before an order, or reach out to our support team within that same timeframe and we'd be happy to help.
